  • 9:57

  • OSHA, more like oshiiiiit

  • Terra toilet go BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

  • As someone who's tricked his friends into playing on a custom stage that was a box, trust me when I say Smash characters would much rather prefer leaving the stage to be a possibility.

  • The lights at boxing ring are unstable because they can fall and hit you So.....

  • There should be Dr. Mario stage with 0 violations

  • Whats funny is that the ad at the start of the video was about my local version of OSHA. Loll

  • 6:26 Randall is made from the tears of Melee players

  • _v i o l a t i o n_

  • Lylat Cruise takes place in space, which is full of ionizing radiation, yet no violation on 1926.53? I feel lied to.

  • OSHA just got like 10 years of funding from smash bros

  • "Am I safe to smach ?" a very important question.

  • No way the boxing ring doesn’t have at least one OSHA violation, the lights fall all the time

    • That is true, but the use of swords, bombs and high-tech weaponry while atop the lights would probably cause ours to fall too

    • Do they fall naturaly or because someone use it as a weapon ?

  • There’s actually a bathroom in the Miitopia stage so that’s where Donkey Kong pees

  • Ah... Debt inducing legallys to help me get some sleep, am I right

  • OSHA: see u in court Nintendo XD

  • Um...actually, Distant Planet and Garden of Hope should be marked as in violation of ionizing radiation, as we clearly see on the Geiger counter in Pikmin 1, PNF-404 has deadly levels of radiation on all parts of the planet. #factchecked

  • Music?

  • They should do one on Pokemon Gyms

  • I'm gonna make a workspace with levitating floors just so osha doesn't know how to categorize my violations

  • 6:46 has the same vibe as when I went to a youth conference and one of the youth pastors went “we want all of you here, except you free hugs guy. Free hugs guy is a weird guy” also how dare you make me remember anything about youth conferences even if it’s funny

  • I would hire BDG to be my lawyer.

  • As the game grows, so does the debt.....

  • Me whenever Isabelle shows up: ISABELLE!!

  • The thing that keeps me laughing is the fact that someone, somewhere, is responsible for the creation of these rules. And i really, REALLY want to meet the guy who thought “ah yes. Explosive+launcher+me=fun....

  • “i’ll just let the max tomato fill that requirement.” *but no one plays with items on*

  • I wish we never asked the Pokémon question, all good things must end, eh?

  • Safety aficionado, bureaucratic wunderkind, literature professor, musician, chef, philosopher... This -man- legend has a dedication that most of us would kill for.

  • Wait until he finds out most stages aren't in the USA's jurisdiction, making this video completely pointless

  • Loving this video rn because I'm taking OSHA 30. I pray for death 🤠👍

  • 8:44

  • He just sounds like he’s lecturing Nintendo on why what they did was bad. Like “I couldn’t give a shit about death, you should have removed that stained glass first”

  • I know I am late but, boxing surely isnt OSHA regulated. You can jump onto of the lights, punch them alot, then the lights fall and can damage people it lands on

  • The only place where the video is more chill than the comments

  • This is why Phoenix Wright should be a character

  • My favorite thing abt this video is that OSHA has rules and regulations for safety equipment so when Brian dropped the hard hat, it was no longer regulation and breaking OSHA by being on a jobsite

  • 10:00 I think we have found his tombstone quote

  • my leg is doing the weird fizzly thing but I'm just giggling and it hurts

  • Please explain Zelda, not the games, but the character, who is her mother where is she?

  • I wonder how it would have worked out if he'd used the OSHA regulations for the entertainment industry.

  • the Ape in the Construction Site is the Mayor of New Dunk City

  • It's stuff like this that the community makes that i wish someone would ACTUALLY show to sakurai. I'm sure he'd find it funny

  • I've seen this multiple times so u can imagine my consternation when I realized I was taking a Massive bong rip during "and I need to know where donkey kong pees" "PEE"

  • I feel like Lylat Cruise should have a ventilation violation by way of *being in fuckin' space*. Or maybe a complete lack of oxygen exempts you from those rules? I'm not really sure what's worse.

  • Ah... That necktie...

  • This is the Dale origin story

  • Not only does 75m have the most violations, but it also is the worst stage in the game

  • eepush.info/link/video/sdqRZrGHm4OCkKM.html

  • 11:34 hahahaha nice

  • Tomodachi Life has a fire exit that doesn't lead anywhere so it would likely be charged for that.

  • Who came here cuz of MandJ TV?

  • i mean, sakurai probably _could_ afford 17 million in fines, he does work for one of the biggest game companies worldwide...

  • I sent this to my teacher cause she was making us learn about OSHA

  • just a normal day at OSHA

  • never bring up ladders around the saftey guy

  • Super Smash Bros. Ultimate was made in Japan. So they probably have different building codes and all of that

  • Ironically the helmets that he had at the beginning don’t meet osha standards because it’s not the style of helmet with a brim that wraps around the entire helmet.

  • So funny story: this video made my coworkers and I realize we had unintentionally committed an OSHA violation.

  • "Steel Erection." Band name!

  • My idea: An in depth architectural analysis of Super Mario Sunshine (you could also do other mario games if you wanted)

  • "Health Violations" in a Game That You Need to "Kill" Someone Hmm... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... Understandable Have A Great Day

  • yea

  • My dad is an architect and I've never heard him agree with someone more while watching this video

  • 9:57

  • Big "Hugo from Bob's Burgers" energy from this vid.

  • This is the first BDG video I’ve rewatched since he left

  • someone give this man 50£

  • I was hoping he was going to say that you should get rid of 75m because it's also a terrible stage

  • So, in boxing ring, is the giant light rigging that regularly falls on the stage not an OSHA violation?

  • Boxing ring has the issue of the lights falling

  • "Superbly smash"

  • Nshady did comment. Keep looking for it

  • 13:45 Missed opportunity to say "For Masahiro's Sakur-EYES only".

  • Brian: "Surely you can't afford 17 million dollars in fines." Me: "Brian 17 million dollars is a rounding error to Nintendo. you can't pressure them with so little."
